The Pepperhouse Burger
Everything you love about a jalapeño popper stuffed inside a juicy, cheesy burger. The Pepper House Burger takes the classic Juicy Lucy to the next level with molten cheddar cheese, creamy jalapeño filling, crispy bacon bits, and a spicy kick in every bite. Finished with cream cheese, and purple onion on a toasted bun, this burger is rich, bold, and seriously unforgettable.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin until evenly mixed.
In a separate bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced jalapeño, and bacon until fully mixed.
Divide the beef into thin patties. Spoon the jalapeño popper filling into the center of one patty, then place another patty over the top and firmly seal the edges to fully enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining beef.
Grill burgers over medium heat until fully cooked and the center is hot and melty.
Toast buns if desired and spread cream cheese onto both sides of the bun.
Assemble burgers with pickles and sliced purple onion. Serve immediately while warm and cheesy.
